This might be fake but i think it's job of copy open paint or paint shop paste then spray paint it i think thats what or is it???  |

A scout would glow for a secondary attack? Is it gonna blind them or something? Thats not a bad idea blinding them so the chance of hitting is less likely. I was thinking glowing on fire and the arrow the scout would shoot would be on fire and it would do more damage. Just an idea. |
