The way I see it is, a retard can exalt anyone but if they give you one that doesn't mean they earned one in return. So I'm not a big fan of return reps. That and I repped a ton of you on the TAO forums once and I didn't get ONE back from any of you!!!  Just kidding (but I really didn't get one back... JERKS!).
