Just an idea... if any of you wanna try your hand at smilies, Im able to edit a list that goes under the current list of smilies, so that they're usable by everyone. I suggest non-animated ones that have no Background and are saved as .PNG, but you can do animated to. Just make the BG black.
For anyone that wants to try.
