i got logg by a mod when i was playing againts sum kid i dont know why it cost me the game and i was about to win BS

Afro, In all honesty, once you were kicked, you should have just left. You should never have gone on a different server and engaged in a argument with the mod who kicked you. Judging by what your saying it sounds like Uniq, who's mod name is "aequitas". And if that's true, (s)he will kick you so fast it'll make your head spin, (s)he's notrious for that. My advice is to never cuss out a mod, never make a "secondary" and argue with them, it's just digging you in deeper. More then likely you really did do something wrong that you didnt' even realize, or the mod was in a pissy mood that day. Either way, you can't win with them, and if you do, they'll kick you anyway so they don't have to deal with it Long story short, sorry that happenned to you, let us know your new grey name (if your old one was deleted) and i will invite you in. Just be aware, TAO just "hired" 5 new mods, and they are on very often. It's going to be pretty strict for a few months. They stupid and they are power abusing, and i didnt got kicked at all. |

everything is ok i was only not aloud onfor the night but still i really didnt do anything and the fact the she was calling me a stupid newb is bs i bet if i said that to any mod i whould get booted. your right i should not have swore but i dont think it was fair.

Tricking people into DCing is a kickable offense, kent. Just, usualy they don't bother because its funny and nobody really gets hurt if its just in the lobby. Still, he should at least say something to you about it.

Afro, next time a mod calls you a name, take a s/s and PM it to one of the "blues" (meat.eater, elentari, realist, high junit) on the forums or just PM it to me here, and I'll get it to the right hands, because they definately shouldn't be doing that.
Like i said guys the mods are new, and they are enforcing rules that havent been enforced in a long time. If they kick you, you probably deserved it, but if they say something inappropriate, just take a screen shot, then you have the proof.

I have seen over the years a lot of abuse of the power they have. The new ones are worse then the old ones, if you know them and kiss ass your ok with them, if not then you wear a target on your back. I have never talked to many of them, just the few that are good people and don't abuse the power. Uni runs around the forums and does the same thing there. I remember when he chose to pick a jay and I wouldn't let it go till he/she quit pickin. Bottom line TAO isn't what it was in the day but that don't give them the right to be cool and boot for no reason.... |
