I Was Banned?

Hi All,

I was playing on the Dawg Pound server earlier tonight, around 9PM Central. I was playing with another clanmate, Aurora on hospital. We were on the escort team. There were three DP members (I think that was all) on ambush, Maddog, Naughtydog and Air_Trooper. I have just got home from spring break, and have been a little rusty, so for the first half hour or so, I guess, I wasn't playing well. However, I have been playing for over a year now, and finally began to play better again. Plus, my computer finally stopped lagging. At the same time.

This change of playing style, from about a 1 FR, to not dying may have made it appeared that I was hacking, I'm not sure... but for some reason, I was kicked and banned.

I know I repeatedly killed these three members in succession, and finally, after a particularly lucky headshot (okay, some skill, but a lot of luck too), my screen came up with a notice saying I was going to be banned.

Now... I was just beginning to play at my potential, and then I was banned?

Oh, and I apoligize in advance if this is in the wrong section of the forum, I couldn't find a "Ban Appeals" section, so I am posting this here.

I have played on this server for at least 6+ months... I am a huge fan of SF Hospital, and your server seems to always be on this map... Plus, I enjoy playing with quality players like naughtydog. I am appealing my ban on three things... One, I was doing nothing wrong, two, I have always enjoyed playing with your clan, and three, I love playing hospital, and you have a great server.

First of all, we were unaware of your account partaking in hacking attempts. Your ban will be extended for a period of time because of the attempted hacks.

You were originally banned because you were soliciting sex to an underage member. He was bothered by your threats when he refused to "tickle your minimite".

All backlogs of these conversations have been forwarded to your local authorities due to the illegal nature of your activities.

Okay... you've got to be kidding me. I thought this was a clean clan. But, if that is your attitude, then okay. For the record, I was neither hacking, or participating in the behavior you are accusing me of.

I was given the impression by naughtydog that I could have a fair chance at an appeal. I guess I was wrong.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you are being provided with. If you'd like to lodge a formal complaint, please do so in the proper thread.

As far as NaughtyDog goes, he is actually under consideration for similar charges as well. We've been unable to contact him and believe he may have fled to avoid reprocussions for his actions. If you come in contact with him, please inform him we would like him to post here to clarify his side of his own situation. If he does not post, he will also be banned within a matter of days.

Once again our apologies regarding your displeasure at being sentenced for your illegal and disgusting activities.
